Our Story

We call Lancaster, Ohio home. That is where we’ve spent over 40 years building a life together centered around faith, family, and a deep appreciation for the quiet beauty of creation. When we aren't hosting, you can usually find us relaxing enjoying a cup of coffee together, spending time on the lake, or with family and friends enjoying the great outdoors together in fellowship.

For years, we dreamed of finding a place where we could truly step away from the noise of the world—a private refuge to unplug and simply be. When we discovered this deeply wooded, private property, we knew we had found something incredibly special. We didn't just want it to be a vacation home for ourselves; we felt a clear calling to open its doors to others.

A Place for Renewal

We intentionally designed and prepared this cabin to be more than just a place to sleep or vacation. Our deepest prayer and hope is that during your stay, you experience a profound sense of rest, relaxation, and revival. 

Surrounded by the absolute privacy of the trees and the stillness of nature, this is a space created for you to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel a close nearness to God. Whether your watching the wind gently blow through the trees, watching the stars from the deck, or resting by the fire, or soaking in the hot tub, we pray this environment provides the exact rejuvenation your mind, body, and spirit need.
